TEACHER EXCHANGE

Teacher Exchange in Educational Departments/Fields

Teachers from our partner universities are invited to teach our students in the educational departments according to the wished teaching topics, or guest teachers can also propose their own teaching topics. The minimum number of teaching hours depends on the framework of exchange (e.g. Erasmus+ STA: 8 h).

Combined Teacher Exchange and Staff Training for Teachers

A limited number of teachers (app. 20 teachers) from our partner universities are invited for the combined teacher exchange and staff training enhancing pedagogical and curriculum development skills. In this mobility type the participants will teach our students for 4 hours according to the wished teaching topics of our educational departments and attend a seminar/workshop enhancing and developing their curriculum development and pedagogical skills. The contents of the seminar will be provided by our School of Professional Teacher Education.

If you apply for this opportunity and we cannot offer you an opportunity to take part in the workshop, we will make our best to fit your teaching into the week as ordinary teacher exchange (taking into account the minimum number of teaching hours required as per the framework of your exchange).

Please check the appropriate teaching topics at www.oamk.fi/itsew2019.
