The University of Valladolid is very pleased to announce its 10th International Staff Week which will be held between May 27th-31st, 2024.

This week is specifically designed for staff working as part of the International Offices or dealing with the administrative issues of European projects, such as Erasmus+ KA171 (ICM) or KA2-CBHE.

This event will be the 2nd international week within our UVAMOBPLUS2 project: https://uvamobplus2.uva.es/

During the week, participants will have the opportunity to attend several sessions, seminars and workshops and actively participate in the programme through the presentation of selected topics, mainly focused on internatinalization, ICM and CBHE proposals.

The programme will provide an intercultural learning experience in addition to get to know the different centres of the Univeristy of Valladolid and exchange best practices on internationalization.

Participation in the event will have a fee of 125 EUR for covering the social activities during the week (visit to Segovia Campus and City (including lunch), city tours in Valladolid and Segovia, Spanish crash course, coffee breaks and welcome and farewell  dinner/lunch)

Participants are expected to cover the travel, accommodation and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available in their home institutions, or otherwise.

We will accept up to 35 participants:

 · 20-25 from KA171 (ICM countries): Western Balkans, Eastern Partnership, South Mediterranean countries, Subsaharan Africa, Caribbean and the US coming from partner institutions within the UVAMOBPLUS2 project

 · 10-15 (from EU countries)

Our aim is to host a very diverse group of participants in order to have successful outcomes.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at the University of Valladolid!

Applications must be sent though: https://forms.office.com/e/mS3fdMrj20
