BBA INSEEC Ecole de Commerce Europeenne Bordeaux - Lyon is pleased to invite teaching staff to join our 13th European Week which will take place on May 11 -15, 2020 in our campuses in Bordeaux and Lyon.
PROGRAMME:
This event, mainly designed for our regular and international students in BA Business Administration, includes lectures given by international faculty on mutually agreed topic(s) (see Selection of topics). In addtion to academic workshops, oppotunities to socialize with BBA INSEEC academic and adminitrative staff as well as discuss partner collabaration are also in the programme.
Guest lecturers are invited to visit either one of locations or both campuses (transfer from Bordeaux to Lyon by plane is assured by our services) as follows:
Participation Bordeaux-Lyon campuses : 11 - 15 May 2020
Participation Bordeaux campus only: 11 - 13 May 2020
Participation Lyon campus only: 13 - 15 May 2020
Please refer to IW19 programme attached, the agenda being subject to changes! Detailed programme and practical information (accommodation, transportation, etc.) is sent to the selected participants (March 2020).
PARTICIPATION:
We run this week for European Partners under the Erasmus+ conditions for teaching and /or staff mobility. In case there is no Erasmus agreement between our institutions covering teacher mobility yet, we would care for extending existing agreements or set up new ones. For non-EU Partners, financial issues will have to be arranged bilaterally.
We expect to host 20-25 guest lecturers (10-15 max travelling). If we receive more applications, there will be a selection process based on the early application and on the participant's area of expertise in order to match academic programme's expectations and goals.
REGISTRATION:
Registration period is open from December 19, 2019 till February 17, 2020 (first round) (ref. Flyer/ Online Registration form).

Accepted participants will receive a confirmation email within February 2020.
FINANCIAL ISSUES:
No registration fee is required. Participants are expected to cover travel, accommodation and individual expenses. Flight transfer from Bordeaux to Lyon as well as catering and social activities are assured by our school. Please contact the International Office at your home university to find out whether funding through e.g. the ERASMUS+ programme for staff mobility is available.
