The aim of this staff week is to share knowledge and learn from each other's practices, challenges, and experiences using group discussions and techniques in the subject of the staff week.

The themes of this year's staff week are Intercultural Intelligence and the Wellbeing and Mental Health of Young People

There will be two specific workshops.

The first one will be dedicated to 'Intercultural Intelligence'. Have you ever heard the term "Intercultural Intelligence"? Loosely defined, it is the academic language used to describe a persons learned capacity to adapt, understand, and function in a diverse setting. People who have developed high intercultural intelligence are generally open to new things, curious about themselves and others, emotionally mature, and have a low need to control their surroundings.

In the second workshop the issue on Young people’s mental health and well-being will be covered. These issues are impacted by a world with multiple crises and much uncertainty. Good mental health is a cornerstone for achieving many goals under the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
