Dear Partners and Colleagues,

Greetings from the University of Bialystok (UwB), POLAND.

It is our great pleasure to inform you, that UwB will host the 1st Fabulous International  Week, September 14-18, 2020. We would like to you to take part in this event.

The aim is to promote the idea of internationalization and strenghten out international partnership through personal meetings, as well as exploring new partnerships. It will be a great opportunity for Staff to compare different institutional strategies for internationalization and share experiences in different approaches regarding student support, marketing and the global challenges in the framework of the current and future Erasmus+ programmes. There will be a lot of possibilities to network and discuss various challenges we are all face on a daily basis.

1st Fabulous International Week will give participants opportunity to find out more about University of Bialystok and North-Eastern Region of Poland, called „Podlasie”. The staff week program provides unique opportunity to explore Polish culture, history, cuisine and traditions.

Deadline: 20.07.2020 Registration is made by filling out the registration form and sending it to Alicja Dzienis at International Cooperation Office, a.dzienis@uwb.edu.pl Registration fee: 50 Euro Including: coffe breaks, snacks, lunches and dinners (as listed in the programe), Polish Folk Evening, entrance tickets to the museums and tours. Selection of Applicants: The number of participants is limited to 30, with a maximum of 2 people per institution. Applications are processed in the order of receiving by the UwB. Any available additional places will be announced as soon as possible. Founding: Participants are expected to obtain Erasmus+ Mobility grants or other source of financing from their home Institutions to cover their living and travel expenses. The programme is not only open for Erasmus+ Program Countries but also for Erasmus+ Partner Countries and other institutions interested in. Accommodation:  In case you would like to have a bit of student experience, we can arrange you a place in the UwB Dormitory (50pln/approx.15 euro per night per person in a single room)
