We have pre-booked rooms for participants on corporate prices at a few three and four star hotels in A Coruña. This offer will be available only for the accepted participants of the Staff Week and only for the time of the training

Dear colleagues,

It is our pleasure to invite you to our first Erasmus Staff Training Week between 12-16 May 2014, We would be happy to welcome colleagues from International Office and other support services dealing with international cooperation, exchange programmes and European projects.

Please find attached the preliminary program and the application form. The deadline for returning the completed applications is Friday, 14th March. You can send it via e-mail to incoming.rrii@udc.es

We can receive 20 participants, and no more than 2 participants per university will be accepted, since we would like to have a diversified international group. By the end of March candidates will be informed about their acceptance and will receive further information. The cost of travel, accommodation and meals has to be covered by the participants. The language of the Staff Week is English.
