The University of Debrecen is pleased to invite you to its first International Staff Week to be held between 16-18 October 2019. The main goal of the conference is to promote faculty level cooperation in the field of IT, engineering and foreign language studies, therefore the programme will mainly focus on the given fields of science.

16^th October (Wednesday)

Internationalisation at the University of Debrecen:

• International cooperations, partnerships within the EU and globally
• Present state of mobility programmes (Erasmus+, E+ ICM, Campus Mundi, CEEPUS, Stipendium Hungaricum, other grants)
• English language programmes offered to international students
• Short introduction of partner universities (brief presentations)

17^th October (Thursday)

Internationalisation processes at the Faculties: Faculty visits, campus tours

Parallel sections at the Faculties: Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology

18^th October (Friday)

Excursion to Hortobágy, afternoon sightseeing tour in Debrecen

There will be no registration fee for the conference. The University of Debrecen will cover the catering for the participants, but the number of participants is limited to 35 (maximum 2 participants per partner institutions). Travel expenses and the cost of accommodation will be covered by the participant. The list of nearby hotels will be sent to participants later on.

The deadline for application is 30th May 2019. Participants will be informed about the selections by 15^th June 2019.
