1ST MUB INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK

We cordially invite you to participate in the 1st MUB International Staff Week organised by the Medical University of Bialystok.

The target group of this Staff week are especially: employees of partner and non-partner European universities, employees of Erasmus+ and International Cooperation Offices, employees of European medical universities and other employees whose work is related to internationalisation.

This event will enable creating new networking opportunities, exchanging good practices and learning from one another’s experience.

1st MUB International Staff Week will be held from 3rd to 7th of June 2024 at the Medical University of Bialystok, in its headquarters located in the Branicki Palace, Bialystok, Poland.

All of the activities will be held in English, thus participants are required to know English at least B2 level.

All of the costs related to the participation in 1st MUB International Staff Week must be covered by the sending institution as a Staff Mobility for Training within the KA-131 Erasmus+ Programme. We do not implement the BIPs.

In the attachment you can find the agenda of the Staff week.

The fee covers: coffee breaks, lunches and official goodbye dinner, guided city tour, trip to Supraśl with lunch, visit at the Museum.

Please, keep in mind that the number of places is limited. The maximum of 3 employees from one sending university may be accepted.

Every applying person will be notified on the result of the registration on 10th May 2024 at the latest.

Then, we will provide practical guidelines to selected participants (including fee payment details, advises on accommodation, transportation, etc.)
