Nature & Human Landscape is an intensive five-day course providing ETSIAMN Partner University Staff with key social and environmental competences. Participants will work on local sustainable landscapes and obtain an applied insight into selected ecosystems and lifestyles
Upon completing the course, participants will have strengthened their environmental awareness and increased their problem-solving and intercultural communication skills.
The course lasts 35 hours, divided into seven hours of training per day (Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 16:00). Fees: 480 € per participant, including training materials, transportation and five lunches. Extracurricular activities (not included in course fees): local taste dinner, Valencia discovery tour.
Small groups (20-25 participants) are created for outdoor on-place training in five selected Landscape Units. Work sessions involve short outdoor lectures, specific learning tasks and group work. Design and drawing techniques will be introduced. Photography and GIS-based apps will be broadly used.
Participants are expected to obtain Erasmus+ Staff Mobility grants from their home Institutions. The ETSIAMN will assist with booking accommodation.
