Dear Colleagues,
The ETSIAMN-UPV (Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica y del Medio Natural, Universitat Politècnica de València)
offers you six intensive five-day training courses addressed to University Staff (teaching and non-teaching):
- Español para Profesionales Universitarios
- English for University Staff
- English Refresher
- Communication Skills for University Professionals
- Français pour le Personnel Universitaire
- IT for University Staff
All six courses will run simultaneously next June 06th to 10th.
As for the Spanish course: no previous Spanish language knowledge is required.
“Zero level students / Absolute beginners” are welcome to apply, and will have a special training group.
Two further groups (beginner/intermediate and intermediate/advanced) will be also created.
As for the English course, a B2 level in English is the recommended entry level.
We additionally offer a course designed for practical A1/A2 English learners. The objective of the course is for you to attain a practical B1 stage where you will be able to communicate in English to a good conversational and written level. This course is called "Refresher Course".
As for the Communication Skills course, a C1 level in English is the recommended entry level.
As for the French course, a B2 level in French is similarly the recommended entry level.
As for the IT (Information Technologies) course, participants should be familiar (at least at user level) with the software and webtools the course deals with (Security & Internet, MS Access, Prezi)
Fees are 380 euros per person.
Participants are expected to obtain Erasmus+ Mobility grants from their home Institutions to cover their accommodation, living and travel expenses.
