2nd ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw

We are very pleased to announce that Józef Pilsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland, is organizing the 2nd Erasmus International Staff Week.

This event will take place from the 27th of May until the 31st of May 2019. We would like to invite all our colleagues from International Offices and other university staff to attend it.

The Week will serve as an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and experience in the field of promoting mobility in education and searching ideas for its strengthening. That also will certainly be a great occasion to establish and develop international relationships, including building up new partnerships, as well as sharing our observations and insights.

It goes without saying that we would  also like to get you acquainted with our University and to introduce you to our university faculties.

During 2nd ERASMUS+ International Staff Week you will have the opportunity to take part in the following activities, such as:

-Wheelchair basketball

-Floor Hockey

-Polish national games and dances

-Fitness

-Nordic walking

-Kayak excursion with visiting 2nd biggest foretress in Europe

(Please prepare sports outfits.)

At the same time you will be welcome to bring short presentations of your institutions. One presentation for one university (5mins). Furthermore guests will be asked about short (5 min) presentation concerning “Theoretical and practical aspects of Rehabilitation, Physical Education, Sports or Tourism and Recreation”. Some of them will be invited to perform them during planned seminar.

We are planning to host up to 25 participants and a maximum of 2 persons from each Institution. We can only accept participants with a Letter of Acceptance. The deadline for application is 01.04.2019. By 06.04.2019 applicants will be informed about the selection results and will receive further detailed information. Please fill the application form on your computer.

Please note - we do not require any fee for the registration or participation.

Participants are obliged to cover travel and accommodation expenses.

We are providing the following for our guests:

•           3 lunches

•           welcoming dinner

•           coffee, tea and snacks

•           sightseeing of Warsaw

•           kayaking excursion

great weather (hopefully!) and wonderful company (guaranteed!)
