Within the framework of Erasmus+ Training Mobility, Istanbul Ayvansaray University invites professionals to “The 3rd Erasmus Staff Week for Fine Arts, Design and Architecture” [Istanbul: A City of Many Layers] which will be held at the heart of Istanbul—Golden Horn—between 24th and 28th June 2019.
The program will consist of seminars and several trips to historical places (churches, mosques, museums etc.) of Golden Horn where Istanbul Ayvansaray University is located. The seminars will be given by the scholars of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture at Istanbul Ayvansaray University, which includes the departments of Architecture, Graphic Design, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Radio, TV and Cinema, and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The participants are also expected to give a talk in accordance with their professions and the related fields with the departments of the Faculty, such as city, culture, architecture, history, cinema, design, arts and the multidisciplinary approaches related with these fields.
Please send us an abstract of your planned talk within the application form until 10th June 2019.
We aim to introduce Istanbul to participants, and provide with an opportunity to exchange knowledge, and to share ideas. At the end of the program, the works of participants are planned to be compiled as an e-book.
