Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to our 3rd International Staff Week, which will be organized at Gdańsk University of Technology (GUT), in Gdańsk, Poland, from 20 – 24 May 2019.
Our Staff Week will be a great opportunity to meet and discuss different aspects of modern academic librarianship including:
> international cooperation
> institutional repository
> open science (open access & open data)
> digital library
> cooperation of branch libraries.
We cordially invite all academic librarians to join us at Gdańsk University of Technology Library for our 3rd International Staff Week. Enclosed you will find the preliminary work and social program and Gdańsk University of Technology Brochure.
Participation in the 3rd International Staff Week is free of charge. The participants should cover their travel, accommodation and other kinds of costs from the Erasmus+ funds awarded by their home organizations.
Participants are supposed to prepare a 5-minute presentation about their libraries.

In case of high number of applications, Gdańsk University of Technology Library will examine all applications and select the final list of candidates.
The deadline for applying is 28 February, 2019 - the GUT Library will notify the applicants that they have or have not been accepted for 3rd Erasmus STW at GUT Library 2019 within 7 working days of the date.
