Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to participate in our 4th International Staff Training Week that will be held in June, 7th - 10th.
The Staff Week is aimed above all to the Erasmus/Exchange Coordinators and other persons in charge of internationalization of the institution. If your work in other area, e.g Human Resources, Public Relations, Library, Financial or IT Department you are also very welcome (we will adapt the programme to your needs as soon as we receive your application).
Enclosed you can have a look on the draft of the programme (some parts of the programme may be modified later on).
During our meeting we will focus on international and promotion strategy of the institutions and different level communication with the mobility participants and partnership institutions.
The Academy will be in charge of welcoming reception, 3 lunches, the tickets to the organized events and sightseeing as well. The participants should cover and organize the transport, accommodation, insurance and other meals by themselves.
If you are interested in coming to our Academy, please complete the attached form and if you wish, you can send us your Erasmus+ Training Staff Mobility Agreement as we can treat this meeting as a training mobility.
