European University is delighted to invite you to the 4th edition of our Erasmus+ International Staff Week - Connect. Create. Collaborate: Mastering the Tools for Lasting Partnerships.

DATES: 20-24 April, 2026

LOCATION: European University, Tbilisi, Georgia

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This Staff Week is designed for professionals engaged in the internationalization of higher education, including:

  • International Relations Officers
  • Erasmus+ Coordinators
  • Administrative or academic staff involved in mobility, partnership development, project management, or strategic international planning

Participation is limited to 25 participants, with a maximum of three representatives per institution

WHAT TO EXPECT

Participants will dive into a vibrant, week-long program that blends academic insight with hands-on experience. Highlights include:

  • Participant-led contributions: Everyone is encouraged to propose and lead their own session or workshop, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the program.
  • Dynamic learning formats: Engage in interactive workshops, project-driven sessions, and collaborative peer activities designed to inspire learning and exchange.
  • Cultural immersion: Enjoy a guided city tour and a full-day regional excursion, offering unique insights into Georgia’s cultural and educational landscape.
  • Networking opportunities: Connect with fellow participants throughout academic sessions, social activities, and cultural events.

PARTICIPATION FEE

The participation fee is 150 EUR and includes:

  • Lunches
  • Welcome dinner
  • Social and cultural activities

Fees can be paid in cash upon arrival.

We encourage using Erasmus+ funding or other available resources to support your visit. Please note that European University is not eligible to fund mobility within Erasmus; thus, you will need to contact your home program country institution to check whether KA171/KA131 funding is available.
