6th ERASMUS+ STAFF TRAINING WEEK

Dear colleagues,

The Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) has the pleasure to invite you to its 6th  Erasmus+  Staff Training Week in the framework of the  Erasmus+ Programme which will take place at AUEB from  25 to 29 June 2018.

The 5-day programme includes round table discussions, presentations and cultural/social events. The main aim is peer-learning, networking, transfer of knowledge and sharing of experience and best practice among colleagues from partner and non-partner institutions from EU and non-EU countries. The participants will have the opportunity to get to know our University, acquire information on how we work for our exchange programmes and other international activities while they will also meet their contact persons per department, if they wish to do so.  In the context of cultural activities a guided tour to the historical centre of the City of Athens, a visit to the Parthenon and the New Museum of Acropolis will be organized. Our guests are more than welcome to participate.

The maximum number of participants will be 30 and the rule of first-come and  first-served will be applied.

There will be no participation fees. Participants can apply at their home institution for an Erasmus+ Staff Training Week Grant and will have to cover all costs related to this mobility. The lunches/coffee-breaks mentioned in the Programme will be offered by AUEB free of charge to all our guests. As far as the participants from the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program are concerned, they will have already received their Erasmus+ ICM grant from AUEB in accordance with the signed Erasmus+ ICM interinstitutional agreements.

Regarding accommodation, our University can propose some hotels nearby our premises.  Interested participants should contact us at vikipap@aueb.gr and elka@aueb.gr  for further details.
