Dear partner universities,

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 7th Erasmus International Week organized by Afyon Kocatepe University, which will take place between 15 and 20 of April 2019, with the theme of the improving quality in international credit mobility (KA107) projects.

Since 2005, we have been sending and accepting students and academic staff from various universities within KA103 and KA107 Erasmus+. So, we want to celebrate with hosting you in our event. We would be happy to welcome colleagues from all departments and other associated fields of work. Both the host organization and the event participants will give a presentation about their institutions, or present ideas, concepts or works of their home institutions which will be analyzed and discussed in the framework of interactive workshops. Actually, the presentation topics of 7th Erasmus International Week should be mainly about Erasmus+ KA107 International Credit Mobility Projects. Therefore, we would highly appreciate presentations from the participants on this topic. Additionally, participants should submit  The language of the International Week is English.

Afyon Kocatepe University will offer the social program, lunches and gala dinner for the event participants. You will get great discount for accommodation from Akrones Thermal and Spa Hotel. Reservation within Afyon will be done in Akrones Hotel by AKU International Relations Office. But payment for this hotel will be done by participants, themselves.

Also, we are organizing a trip to Hierapolis, Kuşadası and Ephesus, on 18th of April (Arrival) and 20th of April 2018 (Departure).

NOTE 1: The Programme will be optional for participants who will come within Erasmus+ KA107 Staff Training and Staff Teaching Mobilities. For teaching and training, staff will have to fulfill training and teaching duties in respective faculty in Afyon Kocatepe University.

NOTE 2:  For Aydın-Kuşadası Trip, transportation from Afyon to İzmir will be free of charge, but accommodation will be covered by the participant, themselves.

NOTE 3: Participants will have to submit the answers of the questions about impoving quality in international credit mobility (KA107) attached below in this programme. Participants’ answers will be discussed during the International Week.
