9th Erasmus+ International Staff Week

We are pleased to invite you to the 9th Erasmus+ International Staff Week at Palacký University Olomouc (CZ OLOMOUC01), Czech Republic, organized by the Division for International Relations. A virtual part on 27 May 2024 and a physical part taking place on 3 - 7 June 2024. 

The main objective of this International Staff Week is to meet colleagues from EU member countries and third non-EU countries to discuss and share good practices in topics revolving around internationalization in higher education and, the Erasmus+ programme.

The Staff Week is mainly intended for colleagues from Erasmus+ partner institutions working with the international community (students and staff). This includes International Office staff, coordinators at the faculty/departmental levels, academics working with the international community, etc. 

And what exactly can you look forward to?

• Introduction meeting with Palacký University and getting to know each other.
• Workshops aimed at Students with Special Needs, Promotion of Student Mobilities on Social Media, Support of the International Community, and other topics related to Erasmus+ including International Credit Mobility
• Czech Language Course.
• City tour of Olomouc.
• Tour of Palacký University facilities.
• Tour to Olomouc surroundings
• Dinner together and networking.

To ensure as diverse group as possible, the number of participants per institution should not be more than 2. 

In case of interest, please complete the registration form by 19 April 2024 (midnight). The results of the selection process will be communicated by 24 April 2024.
