It is our great pleasure to announce ELTE's upcoming International Staff Exhchange Week in the following topic:

Achievements and New Emerging Challenges of the 30 Years old Erasmus in 2017!

TO WHO?

The programme is targeted to leaders, experts working with Internaitonal Relations at a University and interested in benchmarking of practices and networking with colleagues. Participation will be limited to two person per (partner) institution.

WHAT?

This year programme wil focus on the emerging challanges of the 30 years old Erasmus:

•How to increase effectively students’ mobility numbers?

•Erasmus without paper?

•International Credit Mobility: “Classic” Erasmus with partner countries? application, implementation, reporting, impact & dissemination

•Employability of mobile students: Benefits of E+ for the future employees

Next to key note speeches the programme contains several workshops, networking and cultural events.

HOW TO APPLY?

Prospective staff may choose from one of the two options below:

To participate:

The electronic registration form is available from 11th January to the 15th February 2017. We do not accept applications after the deadline. Application form will include questions about motivation as well as will request applicant’s CV.

To present:

The participation to the staff exchange week will be through the application process only. The application period will be from 11th January to 5th February 2017.

The completed application form should include:

•a motivation letter (max. 600 characters)

•a short introduction to applicant’s own interactive workshop/seminar topic(s) related to the topics of  the staff week (max. 600 characters)

•the applicant’s CV.

Selection Process

The applications will be assessed based on the applicant’s motivation letter, professional CV and (if any) the proposed workshop description(s). Our International Office will value the applicant's own contribution to the staff week(eg. in sharing good practices and ideas or willingness for active participation). We will also consider the geographical and linguistic diversity of the group while selecting the participants. All applicants will be notified of the results of the application process. Successful applicants will receive more detailed information with the letter of acceptance.

We accept max. 50 colleagues to the International staff Exchange week.

COSTS

Participation in the scheduled programme is free of charge including welcome reception, cultural evening and farewell dinner. Other costs such as accommodation and travel are covered by the participants themselves.
