"Active Learning and Teaching Methodologies -ESG/IPCA International Week".
This event is scheduled to take place from the 7th to the 9th of October 2024 in Barcelos, Portugal. The School of Management at the Polytechnic of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) is organising it as part of the RUN-EU (Regional University Network - European University) strategy for pedagogical innovation. The primary objective of this International Week is to provide a platform for stakeholders of Higher Education Institutions to exchange ideas and discuss common concerns in the field of Active Learning and Teaching Methodologies. The focus will be on Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Volunteering. This event is open to all areas of knowledge, such as Management, Law, Engineering, Design, and Tourism.
The International Week will feature a three-day programme comprising a Research Seminar, panels, workshops, and meetings, all focused on the same topic. Academia, business, and governmental entities' perspectives will be presented during the International Week discussions.
This International Week presents an excellent opportunity to network, establish partnerships, and gain knowledge about our Institution, city, country, and culture while delivering teaching or training activities.
The Programme requires a participation fee of 120 euros per person, which covers the registration fee for the Research Seminar, materials, coffee breaks, welcome dinner, and lunches as per program. Participants can apply to Erasmus+ staff mobility grants from their home institutions to cover travel and accommodation expenses related to their participation.
