Course Overview: This course introduces participants to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in professional administrative correspondence through a blend of theory and practical application. Participants will gain confidence in using AI to improve clarity, coherence, and efficiency in their administrative correspondence in English at Higher Education Institutions.
Course Objectives:
• Write clear, professional English emails, reports, proposals, and promotional texts with AI support
• Speak confidently in meetings, presentations, networking, and challenging conversations
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, QuillBot, or DeepL Write) to draft, correct, rephrase, and practice English for real tasks
• Represent your HEI effectively in English, both spoken and written
Prerequisites:
· English proficiency at B1 level or higher
· Access to a PC or tablet with stable internet accession (WI-FI connection will be provided)
· Pre-installed access to ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Cost: Coffee/Tea breaks during the program are free of charge. Participants are expected to cover their travel and accommodation expenses.
Accommodation: Bodrum Institute prefers the participants to stay at the Serpina Hotel in Gümbet-Bodrum. (www.serpinahotel.com 3+ star hotel), nightly rate for a single room, including breakfast, is € 60. However, the participants can choose to stay at another hotel. Yet, they need to arrange their own ground transportation to the event venues as well as Serpina Hotel.
Certificates: All participants who attend the program fully will be awarded Certificate of Attendance.
