BBA INSEEC EUROPEAN WEEK 2017

BBA INSEEC Ecole de Commerce Europeenne Bordeaux - Lyon is pleased to invite teaching staff to join our 9th European Week  which will take place on May 15 -19, 2016 at our campuses in Lyon and Bordeaux.

PROGRAMME:

This event, mainly designed for our regular and international students in BA Business Administration, includes lectures given by guest academics on mutually agreed topic(s) (see Selection of topics). In addtion to academic workshops, oppotunities to socialize with BBA INSEEC academic and adminitrative staff as well as discuss partner collabaration are also in the programme.

Guest lecturers are invited to visit both campuses (transfer from Lyon to Bordeaux by plane will be assured by our services) but mobility only for one campus can also be considered as follows:

• Participation Lyon – Bordeaux campuses : 15 – 19 May 2017
• Participation Lyon campus only: 15 – 17 May 2017
• Participation Bordeaux campus only: 17 - 19 May 2017

Please refer to EW17 programme attached, the agenda being subject to changes! Detailed programme and practical information (accommodation, transportation, etc.) will be sent to the selected participants.

PARTICIPATION:

We run this week for European Partners under the Erasmus+ conditions for teaching and /or staff mobility. In case there is no Erasmus agreement between our institutions covering teacher mobility yet, we would care for extending existing agreements or set up new ones. For non-EU Partners, financial issues will have to be fixed bilaterally.

We expect to host  20-25 guest lecturers. If we receive more applications, there will be a selection process based on the early application and on the participant's area of expertise in order to match academic contents of the programme.

REGISTRATION:

Registration period is open since 25 January till 24 February 2017 (ref. Invitation / Registration form). Partner Academics, Colleagues who are interested in joining us, are kindly asked to fill out a Registration form online. Accepted participants will receive a confirmation email within beginning of March.

COST: 

Noregistration fee required. Participants are expected to cover travel, accommodation and individual expenses. Flight transfer from Lyon to Bordeaux as well as catering and social activities will be assured by our school. Please contact the International Office at your home university to find out whether funding through e.g. the ERASMUS+ programme for staff mobility is available.
