Tallinn University warmly invites university professionals involved in Erasmus+ mobility, internationalisation, and student support to join us for a BIP for Staff Training Week focused on implementing and integrating the Erasmus+ horizontal priorities in institutional practices. Over five days in the heart of Medieval Tallinn, we will explore how to meaningfully incorporate:

Inclusion and Diversity: Learn about our personalized, flexible support systems that prioritize individual needs over rigid strategies. Explore how our Student Support Centre works to ensure equitable mobility for all students.

Digital Transformation: We will share our experiences with Erasmus Without Paper, Online Learning Agreements, and managing partnerships with varying levels of digital readiness - and we’re equally eager to learn how your institutions are tackling these challenges, fostering a mutual exchange of strategies and solutions.

Green Transition: Hear how our university aligns its sustainability goals with Erasmus+ mobility, and how students are increasingly engaging in eco-conscious travel and learning. We'll discuss practical examples from short-term green-focused mobilities and broader sustainability efforts.

Participation in Democratic Life: See how mobility can promote active citizenship and a stronger European identity. We will present our findings on how Erasmus+ experiences impact students' democratic awareness and civic engagement. This training will combine interactive sessions, workshops, institutional sharing, and opportunities to network with peers from across Europe. Participants will leave with practical tools and new perspectives for embedding these priorities into their own institutional contexts.

Registration is finished and the course is full!

Details about the mandatory online component and a full programme will be provided in October.
