BIP/Short term mobility for students on demand

Target group: 15 - 20 Bachelor / Master students (any discipline) + 1 accompanying teacher

Format: Cultural immersion + skills development

Learning approach: Experiential learning, reflection, dialogue, applied workshops (see annexed proposed program)

Customization: the content of the program & the period will be agreed upon with the partner institution.

Cost: 550 euro/student

The program includes:

• workshops facilitated by experienced trainers;
• accommodation for 6 nights in single or shared rooms with private bathrooms;
• meals: daily breakfast and lunch, farewell dinner;
• free access to snacks, cofee, tea, water throughout the week;
• training materials;
• a scavanger hunt in the city center, visits at the Arts Museum and Communist Consumer Museum;
• certificate of complition & graduation gift for participants;
• assistance throughout the week.

This is not a study visit. It is a guided transformation experience. By the end of the program, participants will:

• Demonstrate confidence in cross-cultural communication (English, Romanian basics, peer collaboration).
• Apply leadership skills
• Show increased intercultural awareness
• Experience shared responsibility
• Internalize values of care, kindness, and global citizenship through lived experiences, not just theory.
