Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași (UAIC) is inviting you to the seventh edition of the Erasmus + International Staff Training Week, organized by the International Relations Office.

The event will include both academic and cultural activities, such as workshops, one-to-one meetings at UAIC services, an international fair, visit of the university campus, a one-day trip and a guided tour of the city centre.

The goal of the program is to identify and develop methods aimed to help the participants recognize stressors and use stress management techniques meant to prevent risks, protect and promote mental health at work.

The main topics will include:

  • Factors that lead to workplace stress
  • Stress management techniques
  • How to build resilience
  • How to create a safe workplace environment

The detailed agenda will be announced in due time.

The participants are expected to cover their travel and accommodation costs (it is recommended to use an Erasmus+ grant provided by the home university).
