“Careers with(out) Conflicts? - Professional Career Management and it´s Link to Professional Conflict Management in a Competitive Environment.”

TU Wien HR Development is pleased to invite you as HR Manager, Leader, or HR Expert to the Erasmus Staff week 2023 at TU WIEN: “Careers with(out) Conflicts? -  Professional Career Management and it´s Link to Professional Conflict Management in a Competitive Environment.”

In workshops you will have the possibility to reflect on questions/problems, to share good practices and case studies or even to work out a new approach-when it comes to modern support measures for scientific careers  or preventing of and dealing with tensions and conflicts.

Each topic will be discussed within a group of multidisciplinary experts (HR Development, Law, Diversity Management, Gender, Ethics and more).

Of course, there is also enough time for exchange and networking- also with participants of the Staff Week International Office.

Finally, the city of Vienna will also contribute to make this week a great experience for you.
