The Faculty of Education offers Staff Week primarily for academic and non-academic staff involved in teacher training at university level offers an engaging and interactive program designed for staff members in international offices, school practice coordinators, and other professionals involved in in teacher training at university level.

Join us for our second Staff Week, dedicated to innovative communication at universities. The program brings together hands-on workshops, visit to a primary school and exchange of best practices on various topics for both academic and administrative staff.

Classroom Visit at a Primary School – visit a Czech primary school and let’s talk about future teachers.

Nonviolent Communication – Learn strategies for constructive dialogue in the academic environment.

Dealing with Haters and Negative Feedback – Practical tips on handling criticism online and offline with confidence and professionalism.

Wellbeing for International Students – An interactive workshop to share best practices on supporting student wellbeing.

To enhance collaboration among participants during the staff week, we accept a maximum of two participants per institution. For the same reason, participants are expected to have at least a B2 level of proficiency in English.
