Crisis Management in Disruptive Times

Crisis management in disruptive times requires proactive and flexible approach to manage through uncertainty in  challenged times. We offer during this week two workshops approaching several areas two of them very pratical  game in crisis management  and a Ubuntu support group. It is a task that we are embracing knowing that it will be a difficult one due to the large spectrum of possibilities to approach. Whether it's a war, inflation, pandemic, stagflation, ageing, gender, religion, addressing mental health in the workplace, or other unforeseen events, Higher Education Institutions must be prepared to respond effectively. A comprehensive crisis management plan is needed to identify potential disruptions and vulnerabilities in the workplace further to the existing ones in global terms.

Challenging times bring programs to overcome anxiety and work pressure. We want to give our contribution and perspective in a holistic way  through simple and comprehensive tips in several areas:
