Purpose of this program?
The main purpose of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Week on Effective Communication is to provide participants with the tools to understand and practice techniques of Effective Communication and incorporate them into the development process of their organization.
The benefits of effective communication can be witnessed in the workplace, in an educational setting, and in personal life as well. This training program will cover all known aspects of the field, which includes the latest concepts, giving the participants a practical view to navigate well in the working place. The themes and topics that are planned to be covered are as follows:
Trainer encourage participants to be involved in teamwork activities aiming at the elaboration enhancement of Effective Communication in their organizations. Participants will analyse issues related to the role of leadership in the change process, with an emphasis on effective and transparent communication.
Who would benefit?
Participants to this course are members of the academic community with an English level of B1 or above, looking to develop and/or improve their understanding and methods of dealing with Effective Communication: teaching staff, administrative staff & management, PhD candidates or researchers, etc.

This 5-Day Course is based in the beautiful capital of Hungary (Budapest).
In the mornings’ lectures are delivered followed by longer interactive teamwork and discussions assisted by trainers working in the same field of business.
