Effective Management of Erasmus+ Projects

The “Effective Management of Erasmus+ projects” training is a 3-day event that will take place in the vibrant city of Brussels, from the 3rd to the 5th of December 219.

Are you managing an Erasmus+ project and would like to improve your skills and try new methods? Would you like to stack the odds in your favour to achieve your project's goals and deliver high quality results?

Over the past 5 years, we have jointly worked on more than 30 Erasmus+ projects across the EUF network, which has allowed us to acquire significant hands-on expertise, test and choose strategies to manage Erasmus+ projects effectively, as well as achieve EU-wide impact.

The training will be based on real cases and practices from former and current Erasmus+ projects and will offer an excellent opportunity to:

• Find out more about the key success factors of highly impactful Erasmus+ projects;
• Share and borrow project management ideas, tools and methods;
• Meet colleagues who manage Erasmus+ projects in higher education, share your experience and learn from your peers from across Europe.
