Erasmus+ Activities Within Consorcia

Dear all, 

I would like to invite you for the Blended Intensive Programme organised by the Czech consortium of 24 HEIs EDUCA International o.p.s.

It is going to be held from 9 to 13 June 2025 in Prague at the Newton University. 

We would welcome participants from representatives of EU University Consortia (CEO, Project Managers), International Officers, Rectorate Officers, Career Centers Officers, Alumni Centers Officers, Inclusion and Diversity Officers, Heads of the Departments, Teaching Staff of the universities.

The participation may be realised within your own Erasmus+ budget for Staff Mobilites. 

You can register before 15. 04. 2025, the QR code is in the leaflet. 

There suggested themes which we would like to cover: 

• Administration procedure of Erasmus+ mobilities within universities/consortium
• Diversity & Inclusion within administration of Erasmus+ mobilities
• Mental health questions especially during Erasmus+ mobilities
• PR strategies & possibilites (ambassadors, social medias, podcasts etc.)
• recognition of Erasmus+ mobilities & usage of Europass documents (CV, Mobility document), LI
• ESN community
