Dear Colleagues,
Lazarski University has the pleasure of inviting you to the Erasmus+ Library Staff Week which will take place September 9–13, 2024 in Warsaw, Poland.
During the 5-day event, the participants will not only have the opportunity to visit libraries or cultural institutions in the area and explore their collections, innovative services, facilities and technologies, but also get to know their colleagues from different countries and familiarize with the Polish culture. The tour of the Lazarski University campus including the medical and aviation simulators as well as a courtroom is also in the agenda.
We invite you to familiarize yourself more closely with the attached agenda of the event. The draft of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Agreement is also provided here.

In order to receive the Erasmus+ grant, the staff member should contact the Erasmus+ Office at your institution and express the interest in staff mobility for training. You should receive 140 EUR per day for your mobility so if you go for 5 days + 2 days for travel it should be 980 EUR. In addition, there is a lump sum for travel, based on the distance calculator, usually between 275 EUR and 360 EUR.
