Sciences Po Library invites all library staff (librarians or otherwise) from universities in Europe to take part in an intensive 5-day programme in the heart of Paris. The aim of this week is to share good practices, ideas and networking with international colleagues. We will focus during this week on innovations and new services implemented in libraries for students and researchers.

 

Dates

The week will take place from 3 to 7 June 2019, from Monday to Friday midday.

Programme

The programme consists of presentations done by the hosting team and Erasmus participants, collaborative workshops, visits and social activities (optionals). The language of the programme is in English. An active participation is greatly appreciated!  The themes covered during the week will include:

  • digital information literacy & e-learning
  • research support
  • digitalisation
  • marketing & customer feedbacks
  • cooperation and networks

The deadline to apply is 25th February. The participants will be selected via the individual application form. All applicants will be notified of the results by email  from mid-march. Successful applicants will receive an email with more detailed informations.

Costs and accommodation

Participation is free of charge for all the participants, including the lunch.

Accommodation, travel expenses and other expenditures are covered by the participants who are expected to receive an Erasmus+ mobility grant from their institution.
