It is our pleasure to invite you to the Erasmus Staff Training Week that will be held at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu from 24 to 28 April 2017 in Tartu, Estonia.

Participants will have an opportunity to meet our staff and students, see the faculty, the university, the university hospital and get to know Estonian student capital Tartu. As well as share experiences and best practices from their home institutions with partners from all over Europe, participate in practical workshops, promote their university and meet prospective students at the open house fair.

Additionally, at the end of April the students of Tartu celebrate the Spring Days, a festival that promotes and develops the traditions of student culture. All participants of the Staff Training Week are welcome to take part in the festivities.

Staff Training Week will have a special focus on improving the international Medicine studies programmes and student exchange in the field, finding ways together how to improve the programmes and how to enhance student exchange.

As our Faculty of Medicine teaches future doctors, dentists and pharmacist as well as physiotherapists and sports trainers we welcome all our partner universities and institutions from these fields. We invite non-academic as well as academic staff from the field of Medicine working at International or Student Affairs Offices, who are coordinators of international study programmes, working in recruitment or as study advisors etc.

Important dates:

• Application deadline: February 10, 2017. You can register using online application form.

• Acceptance confirmation: February 20, 2017 (Please do not book your flights and/or accommodation before receiving the confirmation. We will provide information about different accommodation options after the confirmation e-mails are sent).
