Yeditepe University is happy to invite you to participate in our 4th Erasmus+ Staff Week from 7th to 11th of July in Istanbul at Yeditepe University campus.
During Erasmus+ Staff Week we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss best practices, join workshops and cultural events.
The participation fee (option 1) 125 EUR (if you are going to make a presentation about the sessions)*
The participation fee (option 2) 175 EUR (if you are the partner university with us, if you are not going to make a presentation about the sessions)
The participation fee (option 3): 250 EUR (if you are not the partner university with us, if you are not going to make a presentation about the sessions)
* The participants who would like to make a presentation about the sessions, needs to be required to get approval from us for the quality and the content of the presentation which needs to be relevant with the sessions.
- The participation fee includes workshops, trainings, some entrance tickets to cultural trips, welcome dinner, transportation to cultural trips, lunch and breakfast(pastry, bagel) for 5 days*
* The participation to cultural trips is optional. The exact fees for the cultural trips will be announced to the acceptant participants.
- If one of your family members would like to attend the social activities, they need to pay 250 EUR.
- If you would like to stay in our guesthouse at the campus, please indicate it in the application form. We will contact you afterward. The price per night per person is 1000 TL.

* Within the frame of Internationalization of HEI
** The sessions will be held in English.

Participation priority will be given to universities that have applied for submitting the session proposals and are our partners.
You can find the draft program in the attachment. The detailed program will be shared with the acceptant participants later.
