The Division for Research Management of the University of Cologne organises an Erasmus+ Staff Week from 12 to 26 October 2026 with a focus on the dynamic area of research management in the European context. We are looking forward to sharing and developing best practices and new ideas with colleagues from all over Europe!
The programme includes presentations, interactive workshops, site visits and a poster presentation. It is expected that every participant contributes a poster about his or her university. Beyond the programme, you will have a chance to discover the vibrant city Cologne.
The working language is English. We recommend at least a B2 level in communication. Please note, that an active participation is highly appreciated.

The participation fee of 300 € includes conference material, lunch and coffee breaks, joint dinner and transportation fees. European participants may be eligible to obtain Erasmus+ mobility grants from their home institutions to cover event-related expenses (travel, living, accommodation, etc.). Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed.
We will welcome 20 to 25 people.
