Erasmus Staff Week University of Palermo

We are pleased to invite you to join the first Erasmus+ Staff Week at the University of Palermo, Italy  from 20th to 24th May 2019

This week is addressed to administrative staff.  

The main purpose of this event is aimed at widening and strengthening the cooperation with our partner institutions, sharing our different experiences on internationalization, facilitating networking and establishment of new partnerships. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn from the experiences and good practices of partner institutions. They will be given an opportunity to exchange ideas about fostering student and staff mobility, to present their home universities, structures and working practices, to explore and discuss special topics of interest within the field of internationalization, and much more. The program will cover presentations, workshops, conference and cultural activities. Moreover, time will be provided for individual meetings with colleagues of UNIPA departments or site visits to university sites.

Participation Fee  - 200,00 EUR

The host institution will cover the costs of work materials, coffee breaks, lunches, a trip to Cefalù, guided visits and farewell brunch.

Travel, accommodation and meals will be on the expenses of the international applicants, but participants from  ERASMUS+ universities can apply, in their own Universities, to an ERASMUS + grant to support these costs.

The application deadline is 13th April 2019

Within 19th April 2019, all applicants will be informed by e‐mail about the approval of their application.

The organizers can suggest a variety of possible convenient solutions, taking into consideration the location, the service quality and the price range of the lodgings. Further details will be mailed to the participants, after the confirmation of the mobility.
