European support funds & programs provide a significant opportunity for any kind of institutions across the field. In particular, Erasmus+ offers a huge amount of opportunities to help foster excellence, research, mobility and EU values within education funding for a wide range of actions and organizations.
'Erasmus+ guru' is a course that will focus on helping you learn more about available funding opportunities on European level and, in particular, Erasmus+ - you will discover and experience concrete skills & competences related to designing successful project and it's management/administration/reporting, once approved and assigned.
The main aim here is improvement of the quality and accessibility of EU projects in order to foster European excellence, diversity, values by training lecturers, educational staff and any interested professional in developing European projects and successfully access and manage Erasmus+ funds.
Preliminary program of week
Monday - Participants arrival, Networking activities and introduction into the course, Cultural activities in the city.
Tuesday - Introduction of Erasmus+ project opportunities. Project cycle management and framework approach with common sense and „stress-free“ days before deadlines.
Wednesday - Erasmus BIP's, EU funded projects, budget analysis, good examples and definite no‘s.
Thursday - Are presentations important for Erasmus+ projects? Can they make a difference? Yes!
Friday - Group cooperative project design preparation, course wrap-up and final evaluation, Validation of learning outcomes and certification ceremony, Participants departure
