The Main purpose of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility week understanding and managing higher education services in a flexible and inclusive environment.

Training will cover all aspects of the Service Staff activity processes:

  • Value offering in timetable arrangement
  • Flexibility with online modules
  • Dealing with student administration in flexible learning
  • Internationalisation for flexible and inclusive learning
  • Quality assurance for flexible learning
  • Financial Planning for short courses
  • Marketing for flexible learning
  • Information and student services in flexible learning
  • Reporting about flexible and inclusive  learning activities
