From crafting professional emails and handling phone calls with confidence to creating compelling job ads and conducting mock interviews, the workshop ensures a well-rounded approach. Additionally, it covers essential legal terminology for work contracts and compliance, helping participants avoid common pitfalls. Group activities and role-playing will foster a supportive environment, encouraging active learning and immediate practice. By the end, participants will confidently tackle HR challenges in English.
