Coventry University People ( Human Resources) Team Erasmus Week 2020
The Coventry University People Team (Human Resources) invites you to join them for an international staff exchange week from the 15th to the 19th June 2020. As part of this week you will have the opportunity to explore HR hot topics and key themes that are impacting Higher Education across Europe and also to discuss, share and network with HR colleagues from different countries. A key takeaway from this week will also be around building new working synergies and ongoing knowledge sharing and collaboration.
It's not all work though. The week will include trips around Coventry (including Campus Tour and City tour), a tour of Coventry Cathedral and to Shakespeare's Birthplace in nearby Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Some of the things we have got planned for the week are:
High level overview of UK HR and HR in Higher Education (with input and best practice discussions from participants - we want to hear what also works for other countries)
Higher Education HR Hot Topics: Internalisation, Performance Management, Staff Development, Pensions, etc.
Knowledge sharing activities and workshops where all participants will be invited to contribute and share ideas and best practice around the above.
All participants are welcome to suggest themes or particular areas of interest for inclusion in the final programme.

Who should apply
This week is aimed at mid-level HR professional (HR Adviser – Business Partner level) working in Higher Education Institutions across Europe.
The sessions will be interactive and input will be sought from all participants (discussions, presentations, etc) so a good level of English is recommended in order to make the most of this event.

Please note the cost of the week is £165 (please note it does not include flights and accommodation) and please see outline schedule for trips/meals covered in this cost. Hot/cold drinks during the day will be covered as part of this cost.
