III. VEVU Erasmus+ International staff week 2024

We are pleased to announce the III. Edition of the Erasmus+ International Staff Week, which will take place from May 6th, 2024, to May 10th, 2024, at our new location.

This event represents a unique opportunity for international exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the field of higher education. The theme of this year's Staff Week is "Innovations in Higher Education focused on Smart University," which will explore smart approaches of Higher Education Institutions and delve into AI in higher education.

The program encompasses multiple opportunities for expert lectures within the current theme for staff participants, as well as lectures for students within study programs, and opportunities for non-teaching staff training through Job shadowing. It's up to you to tailor your participation according to your interests.

We invite all interested colleagues from partner institutions to join us in the form of STA in a combination of lectures and training, as well as those interested from new higher education institutions to contribute to this inspirational exchange of ideas and experiences through STT training, and to create new opportunities for collaboration through networking at informal events. Interested participants should submit their expression of interest by MARCH 20, 2024.

Participation Feedback deadline March 30.2024.

Participants cover travel and accommodation costs, which can be financed by the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching/Training grant financed by the sending institution.

Integration among participants will be fostered through our social program. One day during the week is designated for institutional presentations within the Partner HEI fair.
