SHORT OVERVIEW
This course aims to improve participants’ creative thinking and innovations skills in designing and delivering on hands solution and visiting an innovative company to experience a momentum and gather ideas for their workplaces back home and boost motivation.

Wednesday - Introduction into design thinking, Practice: on hands experience to use creative thinking, innovation skills
Thursday - Company visit and their approach into innovative solutions
Friday - Course wrap-up and final evaluation, Validation of learning outcomes and certification ceremony, Participants departure.
