Greetings from Alanya University, Turkey.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to Innovations in Erasmus+ International Week by Alanya University, which will take place between 8-12th of May, 2023.
The aim of the event is to exchange knowledge and good practices in the frames on widely understood innovations in Erasmus+ and to focus on: student support, mobility and recruitment tools, new partnerships, green travel, social inclusion, ways of evaluation and dissemination. Its aim also is to promote the idea of internationalization, to strengthen international partnership through personal meetings and to explore new partnerships. It is a great opportunity to compare and discuss various issues related to changes and innovations in Erasmus+ 2021-2027.
Innovations in Erasmus+ International Week by Alanya University gives participants opportunity to find out more about innovations in Erasmus+, Alanya University and the Mediterranean Region of Turkey, Turkish Riviera. The program provides unique occasions to explore Turkish culture, history, cuisine and traditions.
Application Deadline 10th of April 2023

Evaluation is made every two weeks. Once the quota is filled in, the online application will be closed (highly possible it will happen way before 10th of April 2023)
Selection of Applicants
The number of participants is limited to 70.
One institution can be represented by 2 people / at most 3 people if STT and STA are combined together. Maximum 2 institution per country (unless additional quota is available).
Registration fee 180 Euro
Includes: Turkish Folk Eevening, excursions, entrance tickets, meals as listed in the program, drinks and snacks during the breaks.
Funding
Participants are expected to obtain Erasmus+ Mobility grants or other source of financing from their home Institutions to cover their living and travel expenses.
Payment deadline – as stated in Conditional Acceptance Letter; in exceptional circumstances, we may accept a later payment.
Accommodation
We recommend you to stay at one of the following hotels:
SunPrime C-lounge Hotel 5* (minimum age 15 years old),
Kaila Beach Hotel 5*,
En Vie Beach 3*.
