in school and Higher Education?
The answer is NO. No matter how well they are embedded in everyday teaching and in curriculum design, technology and digitization alone do not generate innovative teaching and learning. For many academics, in particular, technology remains an innovative toolkit used to deliver traditional content: we use it to implement e-learning, to store traditional materials, to try to intrigue and engage students. Rarely do we succeed in using it as a means to drive a process of radical pedagogical innovation. The ELSE project aims:
Between February 3rd and 7th, 2020 ELSE partnership offers the chance to learn more about our pedagogies and to pilot our innovative digital tools through a training week (ISP) hosted by the Milan partner (HOC-Lab at Politecnico di Milano). If you are interested hurry your registration: the number of external participants is limited, and the deadline is January 15th, 2020 to give you the opportunity to organize your trip. A tour of the city of Milan is provided on Thursday the 6th. We do not provide accommodation, but we do provide coffee breaks and lunches during the ISP days. ___________________________________________________________________ Do you want to know more?
