INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION – 13th International Week at the University of Warsaw!

We are pleased to invite you to the 13th Erasmus Staff Week 2024 which will take place from 17th to 21st June 2024.

We invite administrative/non-academic and academic/teaching staff, working in the fields of international relations and mobility programmes, but not only.

The training will take the format of a workshop, conducted by professional coaches. It will be a great opportunity to exchange ideas and share examples of good practices with colleagues from other universities.  

We encourage you to choose one of the two workshops descried below:

• Intercultural competences workshop - an interactive workshop on the cultural determinants of behavior in various social/professional situations in order to prepare yourself for better cooperation with students,  employees, institutional partners from all over the world. 
• Intercultural communication and academia –the main aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the most important theories and practical tools that facilitate work in a multicultural environment, especially in a higher education environment.
