The main aim of the staff week is to provide participating staff with a platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and best practices.
The staff training week will offer great opportunities for networking and for sharing knowledge and best practices within and across professional areas.
The programme will include presentations, workshops, study visits, networking activities and cultural events and will be organized in two parts:
a general programme with joint activities for all participants
a department specific programme organized according to selected themes and participants' interests
The General Programme
This part will include a broad introduction to Metropolitan University College, campus facilities and lectures within selected areas of action. Furthermore, there will be networking activities, sightseeing and cultural events.
The Department Specific Programme
This part will focus on selected issues of special interest within the respective departments. All departments have invited to discuss and share best practices within selected themes.
There will be plenty of opportunity to influence the programme, and all participants are encouraged to contribute with suggestions for themes of special interest.
