It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 6th Brno University of Technology International Staff Week.

​The event will be held from 20th to 25th May 2019 and it´s designed mostly for administrative staff responsible for international agenda.

The purpose is to promote the idea of internationalization and strengthen out international partnership through personal meetings, presentations and workshops.

​Preliminary programme will be available in January but It would be great, if we could further discuss topics below:

  • International student recruitment
  • Welcome services for students and academic staff
  • Erasmus+ mobility

Moreover you could look forward to:

  • Faculty visits
  • Brno tour
  • Fruitful social programme

Registration deadline: 18th February 2019, REGISTRATION is open HERE.

We would like to give the participants space for their own presentations during the week, for better sharing of their knowledge and advice to each other. Please be aware of your active participation during registration.

The International Staff Week will accept limited amount of participants. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed. We will confirm your participation after registration deadline. Not later than the end of February 2019.

Official language: English

Participation fee of 120€ will cover welcome dinner, coffe breaks and cultural events (labs visit etc..). Participants have to cover their own accomodation. You will receive detailed information about accommodation capacity in Brno after registration deadline.

Members of our European partner universities are recommended to apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through International Office at their home institutions.
