International Staff Week 2026

Bordeaux Montaigne University (France) will host the second edition of International Staff Week from June 15th to 19th 2026.

The program addresses staff members interested in both knowing more about student support provided by various departments and our university through campus visit and aims at the exchange of experience and best practices from participating universities.

UBM Staff Week programme will focus on the following topics among others:

• Presentation of the university, student support strategies
• Workshops and working groups about best practices and challenges
• Networking between participants
• Campus tour and libraries presentations
• Presentations of administrative units and departments

Additionally, the staff week programme provides unique opportunity to explore French and Bordeaux cultures.

Discussions and presentations will be held in English.

The International Staff Week will have a €250 participation fee that includes:

• Coffee-breaks x5
• Lunches x5
• Guided tour of the city of Bordeaux
• Day trip to Saint Emilion and visit to the catacombs
• Transportation

We can offer you accommodation from 14th to 21st June for an additional €300. In that case, if you wish to include accommodation, the Staff Week will have a €550 participation fee. Accommodation provided by the university is intended for one person only. 

To register, please complete our application form by December 19th, 2025.

All candidates will be contacted after the deadline, in February 2026. If you are selected, details will be sent by e-mail, along with a payment link.
