INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK

Dear Partner,

We are delighted to invite you  to our International Staff Week at the UPCT, wich will take place from  13 to 17 May 2019.

This week is particularly intended for those involved in any aspects of international relations and exchange programs. The incentive for us organizing this week is to support the international networking opportunities among our partners. It would be a pleasure for us to welcome you at that date.

Attached you will find a preliminary program of the activities to be carried out. Should there be any changes in the program, we will notify you with enough anticipation.

Registration fees: The participation fee of 80 Euros includes the participation in all  the cultural activities carried out.

All costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence will be covered by the participants (remember you can use Erasmus+ grants for this kind of mobilities).

The application deadline is 8th April.

Practical information (instructions about your arrival, accommodation details, etc) will be sent to you once accepted. It is necessary to receive a Confirmation of Acceptance from us to guarantee your acceptance for this event.
